T-Fit Rotation


Experience a dynamic gym-style workout concept for beginners to advanced individuals, our rotations ensure a balanced workout routine, with options for specific body groups or full body sessions.

What are they?

The simple answer is that Rotations are a fitness class concept based on a gym style workout. T-Fit have looked at functional strength training, muscle groups, reps, sets, rest time etc… and created the rotation concept. You will work your way through different muscle groups of the body, performing a selected exercise for a set number of reps and sets, getting adequate rest time, before, performing the exercise again, or moving to the next exercise in the rotation.

Who can do rotations?

Anyone, from a beginner to the most advanced. T-Fit will provide a regression or progression to all exercises. The only exception will be for anyone who is suffering from injury or a medical conditon, and then we would advise a consultation where we take an in depth look at you to fully understand whats going on, and advising you further in your fitness journey.

It’s recommended to bring comfortable workout clothing, supportive athletic shoes, a water bottle, and a towel. If you have any personal fitness accessories which help you exercise, feel free to bring them too.

Safety is our priority. If you have a pre-existing health condition, it’s best to consult with your healthcare provider before joining any fitness program. If you receive medical clearance, let our trainers know about your condition so we can make necessary adjustments to your workout routine.

To ensure your spot and help us manage class sizes effectively, we recommend booking your spot in advance through our online booking system. However, we do accommodate walk-ins if there’s space available.
